Mode of Action:
KARBICUREis a non-systemic biofungicide with both preventive and eradictive action. It is used in most cultivated crops to control powdery mildew, botrytis, and sooty blotch. It has multi side mode of action, making it very suitable for preventing the development of resistance. For this reason, it can be applied multiple times on the same area during the season (up to eight times).
Application:
- Grapevine:5 kg/ha. For powdery mildew (Uncinula necator) and grey mold (Botrytis cinerea) control. When tank-mixed with AVEX fungicide, apply KARBICURE with max application rate 0.5% (50 g for 10 l water). Do not use on table grapes after flowering
- Strawberry and other small berries:3 kg/ha. Applied for powdery mildew (Sphaerotheca macularis sp. fragaria) control.
- Apple:5 kg/ha. Applied for sooty blotch and apple scab (Venturia inaequalis) control.Do not use on apples between the pink bud stage and when fruits are < 10 mm in size.
- Black Currant:5 kg/ha. Applied for powdery mildew (Sphaerotheca mors-uvae) control.
- Tomato, pepper, and eggplant (in greenhouses):3 kg/ha. Applied for powdery mildew (Leveillula taurica) control.
- Hops/small crops:5 kg/ha. Applied for powdery mildew (Podosphaera macularis) control.
- Melon, watermelon, and pumpkin/small crops (outdoors):3 kg/ha. Applied for powdery mildew (Podosphaera xanthii, Golovinomyces cichoracearum) control.

Application Method:
Foliar application using backpack sprayers or tractor-mounted sprayers (with boom).
Mixing Compatibility:
Do not mix with the following products or types of products in spray solution:
- Foliar fertilizers
- EC-formulation products (emulsion concentrates)
- Acidic products
- Avoid mixing with copper oxychloride and copper oxide (except for hops).
It is possible to mix with products based on copper hydroxide (AVEX fungicide) or copper sulfate (Bordeaux mixture).
When in tank mix with AVEX fungicide, use maximum concentration of the KARBICURE in the solution up to 0.5%.
Pre-harvest Interval (PHI):
- Grapevine, apple, black currant, strawberry, eggplant, tomato, pepper, melon, watermelon, and pumpkin:1 day
- Hops:3 days
Re-entry Interval:
6 hours outdoors (in the field), or 8 hours indoors.
