Mode of Action:

RIVAL DUOis a systemic fungicide with preventive and curative action. Propamocarb inhibits the biosynthesis of phospholipids and fatty acids and therefore inhibits the germination of spores, the growth and penetration of the mycelium into plants as well as blocking the development of the fungal mycelium. Cymoxanil has a locally systemic effect, acting curatively and anti-sporulating. It is distributed evenly and quickly in the leaves, inhibiting the production and spread of the infection as well as the sporulation of the pathogens.

Application:

• Potato crop:Apply at a rate of 2.5 L/ha during the growing season, starting from the stage when the first shoot is visible at the base of the plant (< 5 cm) to when around 50% of the leaves show a dark color (BBCH scale stages 20-95).
• Water consumption:200-500 L/ha

Maximum Number of Treatments Per Year on the Same Area:

4 times, with an interval of 7 days between applications.

Application Method:

Foliar application using standard ground sprayers.

Mixing Compatibility:

RIVAL DUOcan be mixed with most acaricides, insecticides, fungicides, and foliar fertilizers, except those with an alkaline reaction. Due to the variety of formulations, a preliminary compatibility test is recommended, as well as checking the sensitivity of treated plants.

Pre-harvest Interval (PHI):

14 days

Re-entry Interval (REI):

6-12 hours (until the treated plants are dry)
